Domestic Delivery (Within Singapore)
XOXOJOY offers Standard Courier at SGD$5.00 and Express Delivery at SGD$10.00
If you have chosen Standard Courier, please allow 3 – 5 working days for your parcel to arrive. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to notify you that your order has been shipped. However, kindly note that delivery may meet with delays during the festive seasons.
If you have chosen Express Delivery, you will receive your parcel within 24hours from the point of checkout time. Please make sure somebody is home to receive the parcel.
Please note that our courier is not able to deliver to P.O boxes and restricted zones. Deliveries to Sentosa will incur an additional $10 surcharge.

XOXOJOY ships internationally to most countries via various courier services, therefore delivery charges will vary with the countries selected. Delivery charges will be auto-calculated upon check out.
Please allow additional 1-3 working days in order for us to process your order. As soon as your order is dispatched from our office, you will be send an email and along a tracking number to notify you that your order has been shipped. If you are unable to trace your order, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we are happy to help you!
Please allow 5-15 working days for your parcel to arrive. However, kindly note that delivery may meet with delays due to various reasons (e.g. festive seasons, delay in custom clearance)
Please note that the shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). The customer is responsible for any additional fees required. XOXOJOY has no control over these charges, nor we can predict the charges. The respective courier will contact you if there are any tax and duties to be paid. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If you choose to reject the delivery of the parcel once it has reached the destination country, please note that unclaimed parcel will be discarded in the destination and NO refunds will be made. Any amendments to the delivery details (e.g. change of recipients, delivery address) would be the responsibility of the customer.
